“The heart of the program is challenge participants to enlarge their personal and professional capacities, grow their relationship with the Holy Spirit, expand their influence, and develop lasting relationships with other women leaders from diverse backgrounds.”
In a time of fast-paced social, cultural, and technological change, we see God moving in powerful new ways. Women are integral to bringing us into this new era. Through their wisdom, expertise, character, and skills they are an influence to lead change in the marketplace as well as in their communities, in society as well as in their families. Through impartation, mentoring, and coaching they are activating others to be leaders and influencers as well.
The Scriptures provide numerous examples of women of noble character: Deborah, Ruth, Esther, Elizabeth, and Priscilla. Proverbs 31 speaks of the woman of valor, the wife of noble character. The word for noble character has also been translated “capable.” Proverbs says that women of such noble and capable character should be admired because they, like noble men, are rare.
In this generation the Lord is calling noble women leading to effectively advance God’s kingdom in their sphere of influence. Their intelligence, innovation, and integrity along with their knowledge, skills, and abilities are preparing their families, communities, and nations for a hoped-filled future.
With this understanding of Scripture and history, and in witnessing God’s move upon the women of this generation, we are driven to participate with the Lord in providing an educational framework that supports the Holy Spirit’s gifting and equipping of women as leaders.
Our Masters in Women’s Leadership is designed by women for women at all levels of leadership: those who are ready to assume leadership, those who are relatively new to leadership, and those who are long-serving leaders. The program explores the unique call to leadership, historical and cultural challenges, and biblical perspectives that undergird leadership.
The heart of the program is challenge participants to enlarge their personal and professional capacities, grow their relationship with the Holy Spirit, expand their influence, and develop lasting relationships with other women leaders from diverse backgrounds.
